Our House, an oasis by The Sea

With June comes the heat and a flood of tourists and weekenders to the beach across the road.Thank goodness our house is a true oasis from the crowds. Built in 1985 and later modified it has thick walls and two large patios (back and front) which help to maintain a pleasant temperature most of the year without air conditioning. It is just a house,  but for us it is paradise.
Con Junio llega el calor y la avalancha de turistas y domingueros a la playa que hay cruzando la carretera. Menos mal que nuestra casa es un auténtico oasis en la multitud. Construida en 1985 y restaurada después tiene muros anchos y dos grandes patios (delante y destrás) que ayudan a mantener una temperatura agradable la mayor parte del año sin necesidad de aire acondicionado. Es una casa sencilla y sin pretensiones, pero para nosotros es el paraiso.
