Hand Embroidered Skirt and Polo Players Blouse

I embroidered this skirt for my niece María. She kept it for a few years, I am not sure if she ever worn it, and now it has come home to mama, yeahhh
For me, embroidery is a trip within. My mind and soul must be in calm to stitch in patient creativity. I never visualise the end product. I draw, and I let the colours of the thread show me the path and find their own place.
The polo Players print blouse is an old friend.

Para mí bordar en un viaje interior. Mi mente y alma tienen que estar en calma para poder dar puntadas en paciente creatividad. Nunca visualizo cómo quedará al final. Dibujo y me dejo llevar por los colores de los hilos mostrándome el camino.
La blusa de jugadores de polo es una vieja amiga.
