24 Hours of your Inner Clock


From 6 to 9 a.m.
The body wakes up after a whole night of fasting so it will need carbohydrates to rapidly transform into energy. Have breakfast like a queen/king.
De 6 a 9 a.m.
El cuerpo se despierta tras el ayuno nocturno pidiendo hidratos de carbono que rápidamente transforma en energía. Desayuna como una reina/ rey.        

From 9 to 12 p.m. 
Top level of concentration and mental activity.
At about 12 you will feel hungry. Have a snack: fruit, yoghurt or nuts.
De 9  a 12 p.m.
Nivel óptimo de concentración y actividad mental.
Sobre las 12 se abre el apetito. Toma un tentempié de fruta, yogur o frutos secos

From 13 to 15 p.m.
The metabolism decreases. Have a light meal.
de 13 a 15 p.m.
Baja el metabolismo. Haz una comida ligera 

 From 15 to 17 p.m. 
Less oxygen consumption, the pulse slows down and the blood pressure drops. Time to have a rest (20 minutes siesta ideal) or easy tasks.
De 15 a 17 p.m.
Menor consumo de oxígeno, baja el pulso y la tensión arterial. Momento de descansar ( siesta- 20 minutos) o de hacer tareas sencillas. 
               
 From 17 to 20 p.m.
The level of physical and mental performance increases You feel like eating fatty or sweet things. Time to go for a walk – gym or practice a sport.
 De 17 a 20 p.m.
Aumenta el nivel de rendimiento físico y mental. Apetecen grasas y dulces. Dar un paseo, ir al gimnasio o practicar algún deporte.

20 p.m.  
The body temperature and the mental and physical activity decreases. Time to relax.
20 p.m.
Desciende la temperatura corporal, así como la actividad física y mental. Tiempo de relajarse.                        
From 22 to 23.
The melatonin increases ( Sleep hormone). Ideal time to go to bed or relax.
De las 22 a 23 
Aumenta la melatonina ( hormona del sueño). Excelente hora para irse a la cama o comenzar a relajarse.
24- Midnight
High level of growth hormone that helps regenerate the tissues. The level of cholesterol gets lower. If you are awake it
is the best time to apply your facial cream.
24 Medianoche-
 Nivel alto de hormona del crecimiento, se regeneran los tejidos, desciende el colesterol. Si estás despierta, aplícate la crema facial nocturna.

From 1  to 4 a.m.
The body regenerates in its sleep.
De 1 a 4 madrugada
El organismo se regenera con el sueño.

  2. Apuntado queda! Más o menos sigo lo que dices menos al final de la noche, lo de irme a dormir a las 22h como que no... se que no es lo correcto por temas de digestión y demás pero a esa hora estoy empezando a cenar, así que hasta las 00 o 01 no me voy a dormir... Pero intentaré cambiarlo ! ;)

  16. This is really informative. It is very relevant to me. I am starting a new job soon and I need to start getting up at 6.15am...used to get up at 12pm as a student.
