We live in one of the hottest areas of Andalusia, so taking any outside photos is a whole adventure at 40ºc plus...
I still keep on working at the essence of my everyday life:
1.-Greet and celebrate the new day like the unique present it is.
Most of the time we are so busy that we tend to take life for granted...
2-Never get angry.
I learned not to give that power to anybody or anything.
Getting crossed wastes precious energy and achieves nothing...
3.- Never fight, but dialogue.
When I have to discuss any matter, I always do it from the inner calm.
Losing that calm would be like being back in the playground, and that is a place I do not wish to go back to.
4.- When something negative happens to me I don´t ask myself why?, but what for?, in that way rather than feeling sorry for myself , I move a step closer to the better person I want to be...
5- I acknowledge people as such, and look at their faces while talking to them: from the banker to the beggar...
6- Being kind to others is the best present you can give to yourself.
Kindness is a ping pong ball, once launched into the air it will hit many hearts, and will come back to you multiplied.
Vivimos en una de las zonas más calurosas de Andalucía, así es que hacer fotos en exteriores a 40ºc plus es toda una aventura.
A pesar de eso sigo trabajando la esencia de mi días.
1.- Recibir y celebrar cada nuevo día como el regalo que es.
La mayor parte del tiempo estamos tan ocupados que lo damos por hecho.

He aprendido a no darle a nadies ni a nada ese poder. Es una pérdida d energía que no lleva ningún término...

3.-Nunca pelear, sino dialogar.
Siempre que tengo que discutir algún asunto lo hago desde la calma interior.
la pérdida de esa calma sería como volver al patio de recreo, lugar al que por nada del mundo quiero volver.
4.-Cuando algo negativo me sucede, no me pregunto por qué, sino para que?. De esa forma en lugar de auto compadecerme, muevo ficha hacia la mejor persona que quiero ser.
5.-Reconocer a las personas como tal y mirarlas a la cara al hablar, desde el banquero al mendigo...
6.-Ser amable con los demás es el mejor regalo que te puedes hacer a tí mismo.
La amabilidad es una pelota de ping pong que una vez lanzada al aire tocará muchos corazones y volverá a tí multiplicada.

Qué post tan maravilloso y lleno de inspiración acabas de crear! Y no lo digo por el modelito (aunque me encanta) sino por esas sabias enseñanzas que nos acabas de regalar, todos deberíamos aprender de tu forma de ver la vida. La verdad es que tienes toda la razón del mundo, cabrearse no te lleva a ningún lado, lo único que consigues es estar jodido y vivir amargado... y en la vida ya hay demasiadas cosas malas o problemas que no podemos evitar, como para aún encima complicárnosla más estando con un humor de perros. Yo todavía tengo que mejorar en mi actitud ante la vida, no tanto en los cabreos sino en no hundirme en la miseria de vez en cuando, que tengo tendencia a la autocompasión y el pasotismo :/
Pero sí que intento ser una persona amable con los demás, sobre todo en el trabajo... tengo compañeros que se pasan el día con cara avinagrada, pero yo por muy cansada que esté intento tener siempre una sonrisa para los clientes, y por supuesto ser agradable con mis compañeros... el buen ambiente es algo impagable!
Y dicho esto, que sepas que me he enamorado de tu look! Uno de los mejores que te he visto nunca, me chifla esa falda verde y te queda genial con la camiseta de rayas y ese maravilloso cinturón.

One nice thing about growing older is you feel more sure of who you are and what you believe. On another note, that's an awesome belt, a nice color combination and I love the stripes. On one last note, if I have my comments figured out I think I emailed you this, but if not, thanks for the comments about my site. I read and reread Beautifully Invisible’s three part tutorial on switching from Blogspot to WordPress.org. I basically did everything she said and it’s worked out pretty well. There is still MUCH for me to learn but that’s just part of it and I do get excited every time I figure out something new. I love the shape and the color of the skirt, actually the skirt is perfect. fabulous with the striped tee, the colors are so bright and perfect together. but what an idea to wear it with a fabulous belt! I know what it feels like to survive through hot weather believe me. last summer was the hottest summer *or period of time* I can ever remember. My fridge broke down when it was 52 degrees outsided, it was a nightmare. That's why I envy you beacuse you still seem to be chic and elegant while it is boiling out there!
