Travel: La Rioja & Navarra- Part 1
The romanic Cathedral of Santo Domingo de la Calzada, whose construction was started in 1150 in honour of Santo Domingo, sheltered the pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela in Galicia.
La catedral románica de Santo Domingo de La Calzada se empezó a construir en en 1158 en honor a Santo Domingo y cobijaba a los peregrino en su camino a Santiago de Compostela.

No conozco yo La Rioja y Navarra, son de las zonas de España que me quedan por visitar. Y aunque no soy mucho de visitar iglesias ni monumentos en general (a mí me va más el turismo de patear calles y ver mercadillos y tiendas jajaja), la verdad es que por las fotos que pones me encantaría conocer Santo Domingo de La Calzada.
