How To Wear White layers in Autumn

The white layers ensemble came about with the finding of the vintage silk skirt (beautifully embroidered filtiré style). To make it warmer I wore my husband´s youth shirt and the cropped top I have been enjoying all summer. To top it all just a cascade of pearls.

As for the quote: very true. A more simple version: no ups without downs.
