Food For Thought

Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, very wisely said: "Let food be thy medicine & let thy medicine be food"
Hipócrates, el padre de la medicina moderna, dijo muy sabiamente: "Que tu alimento sea tu medicina y que tu medicina sea tu alimento.

You look wonderful, love the tones of the outfit...so pretty. And the foods look yummy. We really need to spend time eating great foods to take care of ourselves. I love vegetables and fruits and thankfully my girls do to. And it helps for later years in life to take care now...then we can look as marvellous as you ;) Have a gorgeous Friday my darling girl...enjoy yourself. And have a super weekend too XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I love the colors in your outfit. They would go perfectly with my olive skin tone. Beautiful golds, olives, and browns. A fabulous skirt. Yes, let the medicine be our food. So true.

One of my favourite quotes. Have you seen the docu-film 'Food Matters'? It really digs deep into this subject, a great watch.
I'm not sure if you can still watch all of it for free on YouTube but I found the first part...

I love all those yummy vegetables, except the pumpkin which is so darned difficult to cut! Delicious roasted with sausages or beef though, so it's worth the difficulty!

Very, very nice outfit. My compliments. I love the belt and bracelets. The same bracelets on each arm is on my (long) list of desires. Looks fantastic. All the colours of your outfit go so well together and go with your hair and complexion.
