Karneval & To Give or Not to Giveaway

From this evening, Berlin celebrates the Karneval of cultures and the 190 nationalities that co-exist in this city.
We just happen to live in one of the streets of Kreutzberg that will be in the centre of it all, so we will enjoy a variety of food, drinks and parades, yeahhhhhh
A partir de esta tarde Berlín celebra el carnaval de las culturas y las190 nacionalidades que conviven en esta ciudad.
Nosotros vivimos en una de las calles de Kreutzberg donde se centra la mayor actividad, así es que disfrutaremos de gran variedad de comida, bebida y desfiles, yeahhhhhhhhhh

To Give or not to Giveaway?

After two years of  blogging and three giveaways, I have come to the conclusion that they are a waste of time.
1.- 90% of the people who follow are not interested in you or your blog, and it is very likely that they will unfollow, and never pass your way again. 
2.-By doing giveaways in partnership with brands you are taking the risk of boring the people who come to your blog in search of uniqueness and inspiration, and attract the ones who come for the goodies.
I will only understand giveaways as means of thanking your fellow bloggers for their friendship, but I am sure there must be a more interesting way.
I would love to know your thoughts on the matter.
Después de dos anos blogging y tres Giveaways, he llegado a la conclusión de que son una pérdida de tiempo.
1.-El 90% de los seguidores no están interesados en tí o en tu blog, y es muy posible que dejen de seguirte y nunca aparezcan de nuevo.
2.- Haciendo Giveaways con  firmas, corres el riesgo de aburrir a los que vienen en busca de tu individualidad e inspiración, y atraes a los que sólo les interesa lo que obtienen.
Entendería el giveaway como agradecimiento a l@s bloggers amigos, pero incluso así estoy segura de que tiene que haber formas más interesantes..
Me encantaría saber tu opinion.

Regatta

A warm breeze and the sunset light on Rebecca´s balcony,  made the urban landscape below our imaginary regatta on oceans of green.
La brisa calida y la luz del atardecer en el balcon de Rebecca, nos transporto a una regata imaginaria sobre asfalto y oceanos de verde.( el ordenador se niega a poner acentos)

I alway travel light when I know well the place I am going to. I just  carry personal items and a case full of hope and wonder.
Siempre viajo ligera cuando conozco bien el lugar al que voy. Solo llevo objetos personales y una maleta llena de esperanza y deseos desorprenderme.

Rixdorf & Flea Market finds

Wearing my first flea market finds in the streets of Rixdorf, a village like atmosphere not far from the hustle and bustle of Karl Marx Strasser.
 Paseando mis primeras gangas de merdadillo por las calles de Rixdorf, un lugar con la atmósfera de aldea no lejos del bullicio de  Karl Marx strasser.

I lost my head over these wonderful 50s sunglasses (3 euros).
Perdí la cabeza por estas maravillosas gafas de sol de los 50 ( 3 euros).

Moabit Motion

Time is entirely dedicated to enjoy every possible second of Berlin and our daughter, but you are always in my thoughts.
Today, I am walking the streets in hues of  black and yellow from Rebecca's closet.
Estamos dedicando todo el tiempo a disfrutar de Berlín y de nuestra hija, pero estáis siempre en mis pensamiento.
Hoy paseo por las calles en tonos negro y amarillo del armario de Rebecca.

Art & Fashion

Madeleine 3 MAIGLÖCKCHEN invited me to collaborate with her in a wonderful project, from February to May,  where she matches art and fashion. 

In FEBRUARY, she saw in  Winslow Homer´s:  "Early morning after storm at sea"-1902  a reflection of my  Green cloud outfit.

Madeleine: 3MAIGLÖCKCHEN   me invitó a colaborar con ella en un projecto donde se mezclan el arte y la moda, desde el mes de febrero hasta Mayo.
En FEBRERO, vió en el cuadro de  Winslow  Homer´s:  Early Morning after a storm at sea- 1902, un reflejo de mi atuendo "Green Clouds".

Red Carpet- Festival de Cine de Málaga

My friend Hang sent me these beautifully designed bracelet and ring all the way from Bangkok; and although I am not easily attached to things, I am to good hearted people who honoured me with their friendship.
