Impossible Pattern Clash & ETRO

These skirt and jacket were hanging in my closet waiting to be worn together, so when I came across this  E T R O pic, I new it was time to take them for a walk in the  Autumn daylight.
Esta falda y chaqueta estaban colgadas en mi armario esperando que me las pusiera junta, así es que cuando ví este anuncio de E T R O, supe que era el momento de sacarlas a pasear a la luz de un día de otoño.

                                    I have made the cuffs out of a broken patent leather belt and a little bit of Velcro.
                                    He hecho las pulseras negras de un cinturón de charol roto y un poco de velcro.

Next week, I will be visiting La Rioja and Navarra, an area in the north of Spain full of history good food and better wines; and although unplugged from internet, I  promise to take lots of  photos to share with you.

Battle Reenactment- Bailén 1808

During  October the town of  Bailén reenacts the battle  that took place  in July 1808 against the French Napoleonic Army.

Men wear their  uniforms  while the ladies dress up in 19th century outfits.

Durante el mes de octubre la ciudad de Bailén recrea la batalla que tuvo lugar en julio de 1808 contra el ejercito napoleónico. 

Los hombres lucen sus uniformes  mientras que las damas se visten con atuendos del siglo 19.

Mary Katrantzou Inspiration in a Flea Market

As soon as I saw this skirt I thought of Mary Katrantzou. Perhaps it was the unsusual  print, or  it could  have been the pleats like curtains, but  I immediately fell in love with it, and bought it for 3 euros.  A few stalls later,  I found the perfect  shirt  for a mere  50 cents.

The earrings were made by my daughter Rebecca from left -over  fringes. 

En cuanto ví esta falda pensé en Mary Katrantzou. Quizás fuese por su estampado inusual,  o los pliegues  como cortinas, pero me enamoré inmediatamente y la compré por 3 euros. Unos cuantos puestos después encontré la camisa perfecta por 50 céntimos.

Los pendientes me los hizo mi hija Rebecca con sobras de flecos.

 1.- Make sure social media profiles are linked to your Klout account.

 3.-Study your @ mentions and retweets. Which tweets engage others?

 4.- Create authentic content, and content that is helpful to others.Share the spotlight. 

Cómo puedo incrementar mi Klout?

.1.-Asegúrate que tus redes sociales tienen link a tu cuenta Klout

.2.-Usa Twitter y Facebook con sentido. Tweets sobre tu día horrible o cualquier cosa que te pase por la cabeza es más posible que consiga alejar que retweets

3.-Estudia tus menciones y retweets. Qué tweets involucran más y toma buena nota.

4.-Crea contenido auténtico y contenido que pueda servir de ayude a otro.

                                                                                 

Plaza de Capuchinos- Málaga. Flowers in the Sky

I spent last weekend in Málaga, and seeing the view of this plaza from my daughter´s balcony,  I had to share it with you.

Pasé el fin de semana en  Málaga y contemplando la vista de esta plaza desdes el balcón de mi hija, no pude resistirme a compartirla con vosotr@s.

I am  wearing  the vintage blue  blouse that you have already seen HERE with a paisley pattern skirt,  and a small clutch. Somehow I felt that for this occasion,  small  was  the new big.
Llevo puesta la blusa azul que ya conocéis  AQUÍ con una falda de estampado paisley y un clutch pequeño. Me pareció que en esta ocasión pequeño era el nuevo grande.
