These skirt and jacket were hanging in my closet waiting to be worn together, so when I came across this E T R O pic, I new it was time to take them for a walk in the Autumn daylight.
Next week, I will be visiting La Rioja and Navarra, an area in the north of Spain full of history good food and better wines; and although unplugged from internet, I promise to take lots of photos to share with you.

ResponderEliminarHolla mi querida amiga!!!!Love the way you combined the 2 different patterns!!!! Yoou got the inspiration in that ETRO publicity and make a real outfit!!! You are a great blogger and inspiration for us ALL!!!
ResponderEliminarBesitos de la Grecia, de la Isla de CRETA!!!!
You are an adventurous one! The red boots make it all happen.
ResponderEliminarBuen viaje! I look forward to your travel tales.
That jacket is incredible! I love it so so much! I think it is very important to point out that when it comes to "pattern clashing", although the patterns are not the same color, they both need to have some of the same print (i.e. shapes like squares, circles, triangles or lines, flowers, paisley, houndstooth) in them. In the ETRO picture the same print with the long paisley is used in both the skirt and jacket. The colors are just different. In your case, the patterns and colors are different but you can see that both the skirt and jacket contain a circular design. PERFECTION! You my dear are marvelous! Kiah
ResponderEliminarby the way....have a great trip! I can't wait to hear the details and see all of the pictures! Be safe! Kiah
ResponderEliminarThe clashing prints look amazing. You have such a good eye for putting unusual pieces together - an artist's soul!
