Black & Gold

In the real world there are differences in age, gender, countries or cultures, but in the bloggospher we blend in a pool of inspiration and love for fashion as a means of self expression.

Beautiful colour scheme and very pretty skirt. Sorry to disappoint you but that's not me in the photo (yesterday's post) - it's a much younger model!

You look great girl .. Fabulous colours and so flattering xx

I totally agree with your opening statement, blogs unite likeminded people.
Great use of colors in today's styling. That fascinator is the icing on the cake, but your piggy ring to remind us not to take it too seriously is too good to forget.

Penny Dreadful dijo...

What a gorgeous dress, matches perfectly with the puffy petticoat (I want one of those). You must show us more of your husband's paintings! xx

Well, no, bangs are actually a fringe. I have to hide them away until they grow. You are right, one of the reason why I love being a blogger is the fact I can connect with people from all over the world, from all different backgrounds. I was very fortunate to meet wonderful people through my blog, so, yes, harmony exists in our world. I always say green and blue are a great color combination, I am so glad to see you wear these fabulous colors together. Not a lot of people can pull this look off.
What a great ring and love your nail polish, I have the same color.
Oh, you have a very talented husband, those painting look very good.

silver chain mail is the best, I really want a turn of the century chain mail purse. the aqua dress is amazing, the bow!
as for an international swap, my concern is primarily with shipping and customs-- do you have sisters or cousins maybe you could introduce to swapping? if second hand isn't popular in spain, the flea markets must be the best

Oh wow! What a talented hubby you have!
I love your hair piece too. and that belt and dress are gorgeous.
Did you tie a bow on your dress (near hem) yourself or it came that way? I've seen people do that with skirts and really want to try it.

Thanks for your sweet comment. I don't own anything like my mom's coat myself but it sure kept me warm. I could not stop thinking about poor little lambs that were slaughtered to make it. Eeek! But apparently my conscious was not bothered too much since i still wore the coat... :(

take care, friend

Dear Sacramento, what a fabulous name! I love it!

In answer to your question I'm not a designer. I interview people for a magazine called Love, it's owned by Conde Nast the same as Vogue. I also work with my best friend who's a designer called Mrs Jones. She has made a lot of iconic outfits for people.

Here's an interview I did with her on my blog, hope you like it. It's quite an epic.
